Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign up and no login. Your data is stored only on your phone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
I changed phones. Where is my data?
Data lives on the old phone only. Use Settings, Export my data on the old phone to create a file, then keep it somewhere safe. Restore purchases on the new phone unlocks Premium again on the same Apple or Google account.
What does the coach send off my phone?
Your cycle day, recent symptoms, birth year, pregnancy status if set, and your chat message, together with a random device identifier. Nothing is stored after the reply is made. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
Is Hello Phase a contraceptive or medical tool?
No. Predictions are estimates for planning your life around your cycle. Do not rely on them to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
How do I delete everything?
Settings, Delete my data. It wipes every entry on the phone at once. Uninstalling the app does the same.
